INTRODUCTION
We are AGC INDIA, a Startup Construction/PMC company based at Jaipur. We have worked at Jaipur & Gurgaon locations. We are into construction & designing of Villas/Houses & Apartments from Super Structure to Finishing. We also provide Project Management Consultancy services for projects which include Billing, Planning, Co-ordination & other required services to manage a site. With the use of technology, we have made the entire house construction process transparent, cost effective and smooth. Engineering norms are followed and project is managed with the use of technology. We started working in 2017 at Jaipur. We have so far constructed 20+ Villas and 5-6 storey apartments from design to super structure to finishing. We have given PMCs to 2 companies.

WHAT WE DO?
AGC India is in the business of construction and designing of homes, Project Management and Home Repairs. We are a prominent house construction contractor in Jaipur. We have constructed 20 houses within a short span of 4 years. Our initiative GharKaEngineer is an out of the box approach for designing and constructing houses. Innovative way of construction and timely handover are the core values of our company.

OUR AIM
Our aim is to provide quality house construction to each and every one across the country that satisfies the Civil Engineering norms and make the entire construction process transparent and the handover of the project smooth. Engineering and technology are essential part of the house construction work which looks out of the box for common Indians because of lack of awareness and non-engineering practices performed at the site by traditional contractors. We are currently using WhatsApp groups, Internet, emails, MS Office and other available technologies to manage and execute the project. We are working on a Mobile App to manage house construction and achieve all the goals stated above at one place. We, a startup construction firm aim to make it big by doing construction across India and establish ourselves as a good company that can help develop the nation by adding something to its economy and providing jobs to the people.

Time is the key in house construction for both client and contractor. To take care of this we have Schedule of Project Completion (SCP). SCP guides us and our clients to complete the project in time

Quality Assurance
We are your GharKaEngineer. We execute the construction work as per engineering norms. Material and work quality is something we are ready to get checked at any time.

Documented Approach
We have a bundle of documents. SCP, Daily Progress Report, Site Inspection Book, Drawing log, Finishing Schedule etc are there to ensure quality and timely handover.
